My first and last experience with this company was a bad one! Their technician called me at 10:30a.m. and said he was 14 minutes out. He arrived 45 minutes late. When I called this company they never mentioned that I would be paying a $30 fee for their tech to come to my house and measure my carpet with his two feet instead of a tape measure. The prices were appalling! $400 for two area rugs!! No company van or truck! This guy arrived unkempt, nowhere near professional! Thanks for the bad experience. And I hope you enjoy the $30 for the estimate that was never mentioned.
