DON’T USE THIS COMPANY- First off the carpet man set a 7:30A.M. appointment with me and then was over an hour late arriving. When he got here he talked my son into doing an extra deep cleaning for a few pet stains we had in the hallway, he charged an extra $100. His total fee for doing our carpeting was $373.00. I would never of paid him that much. Note: most of my house is tile. Carpeting is in the living room, office, and bedrooms. I didn’t want my furniture moved so he just was to shampoo around it. He did my carpet very quickly and only sprayed the hallway. I noticed that the suction on his vacuum as he shampooed my carpet was very poor for when my prior guy did it all the nap was lifted an my nap looked fluffy. This man did my whole home very quickly, and I noticed that the walkways, my living room, entrance into my bedrooms was dirty and the walkway around my bed still looked soiled. He had a very bad attitude and argued about everything. Rather than redo the walk ways he came back in with a spray bottle and brush. I told him that wouldn’t work for it would look clean but once it dried it would still look dirty. He still proceeded to do it that way. So, we argued some more he did redo my living room and around my bed area. After he left I noticed that my carpeting in my living room and bedroom was soaking wet and it took 2 days to dry. It was like since he had to redo it he didn’t suck the solution out. Also, his equipment is so poor it never lifted up any of the nap on my carpet. After it dried my carpet still looked dirty in the walkways, the hallway still had the same spots, and my office looked soiled. When I looked over my invoice he gave me I noticed he put at the bottom “Carpet worn out and 60% dingy”. I couldn’t believe he put that. My carpeting is not very old a little over 2 years old and had been shampooed twice by my regular guy that did a fantastic job but now is retired. Also, the chemicals he used burned our feet so I checked my dogs and their feet, stomach and chest area’s were burned for they are little dogs and love to lay and roll on the carpet. Their poor little paws, chest and stomachs were all red. They also kept licking and biting their feet. NOTE: reading other peoples reviews I see they had the same problems that I had. Final Note: After about a week the spots in my hallway were back and my carpet is still spotted and soiled. My office carpeting also looked terrible. I ended up pulling out my shampooer and redoing all my carpets and rinsing and rinsing it to get out the chemicals and clean it properly. … The dirty water that came out of my carpet was unbelievable it looked like it was never shampooed it was so dirty. (see pictures at top I included of dirty water and carpet)
DO NOT USE!!! Yes, they may have good prices but the quality work is terrible!!! You have been warned. I wish i would have paid more and went somewhere else. We are at almost 2 months post ordering and it has been a nightmare trying to get them to finish the job. The baseboards look horrible with big gaps and jagged cuts, and they are now saying” oh we didnt know we were supposed to do that” with parts of the job. They will not be allowed back in our home and we will now have to hire someone else to come finish the job they were supposed to do. Please, we paid almost 7 THOUSAND for floors and this is how wee been treated…do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
