This is not a ‘maid service’ but rather a referral agency and if anything goes wrong you are simply sh*t-out-of-luck! We had 2 people arrive at our house to do a basic cleaning and $200 was stolen from my son’s room! So Cal Maid Service said there was nothing they could do other than say “”sorry””. The axiom of “”You get what you pay for”” holds very true with this company. AVOID THEM!
