Very poor customer service. JB Custom Upholstery had my chair for almost three weeks. Every time I call to check up on it it was not finished and I was told I would be called back asap. I never recieved any call backs from this company. When I went to pick it up, I got there and my chair had not been touched yet. I was told to come down because it was finished and was lied to. I took back my chair and did not let them finish. I explained to the company what they had done to make me an unsattisfied customer and they did not care. Overall a waste of three weeks and very dissapointing. I had to choose one star because there is nothing lower.

I must say that I’m very satisfied and happy with the service Clean solutions performed at my home, They really do a thorough job from start to end , I called them just after a week that I had another company clean my carpets, they left a bunch of stains and tried to get more money for getting them out and left my carpets so wet it took almost 2 days for it to dry. and my house smelled like a kennel. So I saw Clean solutions reviews here on Yahoo and there website , which is very informative about how they do things and what they use, and got my attention for using natural products no chemicals etc. so I called ,explained what had happened and the owners themselves, a very nice couple,came over and told me that they would take care of the stains and smell and that if I was not satisfied I need not to pay.that alone made me feel more confident I didn’t want another surprise at the end. But for a much bigger surprise the carpet came out beautiful all stains gone and best of all, by the time they finished downstairs ,upstairs was already dry . They really know there stuff .
