I called Cronan Carpets and received a quote right over the phone. Greg showed up a few minutes before our appointment time and did a great job. He charged me exactly what I was quoted over the phone, and did not try to sell me on any extras. He uses a low moister acid based cleaner that worked great. My Carpets were dry in 4 to 5 hours, and the stains did not come back up a couple days later like my old cleaner. His cleaner was safe & non-toxic that left no residue in the carpet. A big plus since I have kids!! This guy was great.
