Another professional carpet service told me it was because I had used Resolve carpet crystals and I had a dog. I called AAAA. Well, well Patrick and Daniel arrived said there would not be a problem, finished the job in an hour. 2 weeks later the carpet is still clean and not one sigh of the wicking problem. You’d be a fool not to use this company. They are Great!! And Guess what??
