Bernie and Chad are just wonderful. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job washing my windows. I like that they are locally owned and family operated so I knew who was coming into my home. They really do take pride in what they do and do great work all around. I have tried several other companies in town thinking I would save some money but Father and Sons really is the best company in Payson and I plan to stay with them from now on. I needed a carpet cleaner when I moved last month, and someone in my new neighborhood highly recommended David at Ultimate Carpet Cleaning. She said, В“Not only is he fair and honest, he’s extremely good at his work!В” I wholeheartedly agree. I’m now happily resettled, and until I saw the end results of David’s work, I never would have believed the stains and horrible smell of the old carpet in my new home could be totally, completely cleaned and cleared. Yet this carpet is now like new. The details: I called David and scheduled cleaning for the old home, which I had been leasing. Meanwhile, the seller of my new home used a rented machine to coat this carpet with soap, sealing in a pervasive, obnoxious odor and some truly terrible stains. David was taking a week off from work, but he called to check the scheduling on the old home, and I told him about the problem in the new home. David said he would fix it before I moved my furniture in, even though it was during his time off! He came out that week TWO TIMES because the stench, the stains, and the soap problems were that severe. Also, he was sympathetic about the overwhelming costs of relocating, and gave me a gracious discount. To top everything off, he surprised me by cleaning a groovy old armchair that I thought would be forever stained! All of David’s work was done to perfection, and that’s one of the reasons I received a full deposit refund for my old place. It’s also one of the reasons I’m so happy in my new home. David’s generous kindness throughout all areas of my moving process also helped lift my stress around the relocation. His style of professionalism, skill, and decency is rare these days, and we’re lucky to have him in Payson. I recommend him with such sincerity that I wish there was an option for six stars!
