I had 800 sq ft of olefin carpet that needed a good cleaning. The traffic areas were very soiled from the heavy back and forth walking and the dogs tracking in dirt from outside. Their rates were $ 50 lower than anyone else- Plus the equipment they use is VERY IMPRESSIVE. I can’t imagine anything any better. The truck mount put out 230 degrees and they used a rotary jet extractor. (a carpet attachment that rotates and has jets and vacuum slits on the bottom- great for agitation and scrubbing action. Needless to say my carpet looked brand new, even the pile of the traffic areas was lifted. It was soft, clean and smelled great. And it was totally dry in 3 hrs. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND J & S to anyone- plus they clean tile and grout as well as furniture.
