Steampro came & cleaned both mine and my aunt’s carpets this past week. I know they did a great job on my aunt’s house because if they didn’t, or had made one tiny mistake or missed a spot, I would have never heard the end of it (you know who most older ladies love to complain. my aunt’s and I are neighbors, by the way). My aunt’s appointment was for 9, and they showed up a little before 9, which I know made them happy because to them “If you’re not early, you’re late!”, haha! Our appointment was for 11 and I can’t remember what time they showed up but it I think it was between 10:30-11. So A++ for promptness! As for our house, my husband & I have 4 cats (just to be clear, we’re not animal hoarders– before we started dating, my husband had 1 cat and I had 2, and then we rescued 1 this past November). Anyway, our cats (or at least one of them), for some reason started peeing on the carpet in our back hallway. This was a year’s worth of cat pee build-up. The light blue carpet was stained yellow and had this gross, grimy feel. On top of that, we had some small stain from drinks or food spillage in the living room that I could not get out on my own, no matter how many products I used. Also, the back bedroom had a spot of hair dye that had dripped onto it. Rick and Eric got ALL these stains out, and that back hallway–oh my goodness! It looks BRAND NEW. I no longer have to rush around before company arrives, lighting candles, spraying air freshener and Febreze to cover up the smell. Plus it feels so plush and soft again. I’ve added an “after” photo of the back hallway. I wish I would have gotten a before pic so you could see how bad it looked. They absolutely went above and beyond. they even steamed my hallway runner. All at a VERY reasonable price, compared to estimates I had gotten from other companies. I will never use anyone but SteamPro from now on, and am planning on making a standing appointment for that back hall until we can finally get hardwood!!!
